Our receptionists diligently guard the time that was set aside for you. You’ll begin your service as expected and enjoy your headstrong visit knowing you’ll be ready to continue your day as you planned.
We’ll never rush you, but we do have a few secret weapons to buy you more time or to use it more efficiently:
Color Accelerator: reduce your color processing time from 40 minutes to 10 with the addition of this priceless offering. It adds only $5 to your haircolor service and saves a half hour!
Treatment Cut: Your custom conditioning treatment can be on your hair during the haircut for double-tasking at its best. This adds virtually no time to your service, eliminating 15 minutes of ‘dryer-time.’ No extra charge for this—it’s the same $15 as our traditional conditioning treatments.
DYI: Coming in for “Color-Only?” You are welcome to dry your hair at our guest station so you won’t have to run home between errands. Feel free to bring along your make-up to touch that up, too.
Teamwork: Good planning can only take us so far; sometimes reality trips us up. On the occasion when Murphy’s Law kicks in, the headstrong team works together to keep your appointment running smoothly. We keep each other on track so you’re not derailed.
Confirmation calls: You are busy and the days can run together. We’ll give you a quick call the day before your appointment so you’ll know we look forward to seeing you.
Reminder calls/emails: Where does the time go? You suddenly realize you need a haircut and now your time is limited. We help you reserve time for yourself with a reminder call or email at the 5-week mark.
Standing/recurring appointments: Whether your personal schedule runs like clockwork or runs all over the place, why not schedule out all of your hair appointments for several months? You’ll always have predictable, fabulous headstrong hair. Days and times can easily be adjusted as you go along, and we’ll still confirm each one with you.
Pre-Booking: Scheduling your next service while you are here ensures that your cuts, colors and highlights are spaced out properly. For some reason, appointment-making seems to go faster in person than on the phone . . . hmmmm . . .
